This course is designed for people who want to gain high levels of supervisory, decision-making and problem-solving skills or those with experience but no formal qualifications. We will give you the expertise to deliver in key business strategies, people management and marketing. Develop an understanding of the dynamics and principles underlying the effective functioning of business operations including managing projects, teams, operational plans, continuous improvement and customer service.
